The first two weeks after the [PRP] injections, the pain was awful and I really questioned what I had done, but after two weeks I started PT and little by little the pain subsided and my movement got easier and easier. Dr. Geraci and his staff are so conscientious and consistent with how well they treat their patients, it blew my mind! They have made me feel so comfortable since my very first appointment. I have dealt with lower back pain for over 15 years and I thought I was pretty much stuck with this pain, due to an old car accident. Nothing ever took it away and I didn't exactly know what was wrong with it, but I was so sick of hurting I was willing to try anything! After meeting with Dr. Geraci, he found 2 herniated discs and instantly gave me a treatment plan combining home exercises, physical therapy, and taught me new ways to move my body so I wouldn't further aggravate the discs. Even during COVID, Dr. Geraci and his staff would check in on me at least once a week and do video visits to assess how much improvement I was having. It has been 4 months now, and I have just been discharged from physical therapy, and I have never felt better and more comfortable to move my own body without that awful pain! I am so thankful for his time, patience, and his expertise.

As an athlete and trainer, I have the utmost respect for Dr. Geraci and his staff at his clinic. From the first visit, he was beyond thorough with his assessment of both my lower back issues and my right heal. I had been to a few other people before him, and no one seemed to really care or properly diagnose my issues. I was just supposed to "stretch" and "let it pass". Well I had been following that advice for over a year and I was tired of hurting and not being able to work out. After Dr. Geraci took a sonogram of my foot, he knew instantly it was planter fasciitis and exactly where the tear in my ligament was. He gave me a bunch of new exercises to do and offered me the PRP treatment if I still felt the pain after about 8 weeks. 8 weeks came, and I was ready for the procedure. While PRP is extremely painful, Dr. Geraci and his staff were absolutely fantastic the entire time. It has been 12 weeks now since my procedure, and I've been able to go down to just 1 day a week of physical therapy, and am finally cleared to run again! I was able to walk long distances after just 2 weeks, and the pain started subsiding around 4 weeks post procedure. My foot is finally free of that awful pain I dealt with for so long. Dr. Geraci has truly been the life saving expert I was desperately searching for. His knowledge, professionalism, and patient care level is off the charts. The results speak for themselves, and I am so thankful for his work.

A huge thank you to Dr. Geraci and his wonderful staff. The doctor is patient, kind and really listens. He thoroughly evaluated what my issues were with my lower back, gave me tools to help and did not stop until I had obtained relief. I sought his services first in the fall of 2019 and again via a telemedicine visit during COVID-19 in May 2020. The telemedicine visit was wonderful! Being pain free is indescribable and I so appreciate the caring [doctor] and his staff.

First I must say all the staff were professional, but extremely personable. They were helpful & friendly. Dr. Geraci took his with me. He was extremely thorough, kind and he listened to me. He gave me tools to work with and a plan of action to follow. A positive experience in every way.

I had been struggling with severe knee pain for a number of years. I was referred to Dr. Geraci by my physical therapist who felt that I would be able to have relief from knee pain by receiving platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections. Previously I had tried cortisone injections and gel injections. I did not have any success with cortisone and the gel injections worked for two sets of injections. I was frustrated that the third time I had gel injections the results were not good and the pain was getting worse. Dr. Geraci took the time to review my medical records, he thoroughly explained the procedure. He also spent a great deal of time [to] review what I could expect and what steps I would need to take for the procedure to be successful. It has been three weeks since my procedure. Dr. Geraci’s office has followed up with me to see how I am doing. Additionally, I am asked each time if I am following up with my physical therapist and following their directions. I am very pleased with the outcome. My knee pain is almost completely gone. This is the first time I have felt this way in over four years.

Had shoulder pain for 2 years. Dr. Geraci took his time and diagnosed me right away. Had PRP and felt improvement within 24 hours. Went to PT and now have full range of motion. Could not be happier.

I turned to Dr. Geraci when I was in a great deal of pain and very fearful that I would lose my mobility, as well as live with chronic pain for the rest of my life. My complicated medical condition would deter most physicians from treating me. Dr. Geraci accepted my case and treated me with the most professional, pro-active, inclusive and thoughtful care that I could have hoped for. He ordered treatments, sought insurance approval on my behalf and ordered further testing. He also had his wonderful staff call me every 2 weeks to check up on my progress. He wasn't going to let me fall through the cracks. Most importantly, he kept my spirit hopeful when I was drowning in pain and fear. Although I was seeing an Orthopedic Surgeon (who was promoting surgical intervention) it was comforting knowing that Dr. Geraci was overseeing my case to ensure that all other interventions were being utilized first to prevent any unnecessary surgery. Dr. Geraci's goal is to keep every patient moving and pain free for the rest of their lives and only using surgical intervention when absolutely necessary. Don't we all need a physician watching out for our best interest in exactly that role? I am extremely grateful that I had Dr. Geraci to do that on my behalf. Today, I am very happy to report that I am pain free! I choose to stay under the care and guidance of Dr. Geraci to ensure that I never return to that immobile and painful state again. I welcome the guidance to stay on track to an active, pain free and fully lived life.

From the moment I walked into the office I felt welcomed. No 3 hour wait and the staff was great. I have been to two other doctors—one for a year—before going to another doctor who had referred me to Dr. Geraci. After three visits he had the problem found and the solution to fix me up.
